A degree is made up of tens of thousands of micro-decisions – to study, or not to study. To push on through stress/overwhelm/distractions/fear of failure...or take the evening off. You’ll learn my 3-step study Progress Method to help you create realistic study plans that bring you closer towards your study goals...and then actually achieve them. Each week, you’ll be prompted to check in with the group to keep you accountable. And if you’re feeling stuck or unmotivated, I’ll be on hand to help unstick you so you can make progress.


During the virtual study sessions I’ll guide you in training your brain and increasing your attention span so that you can stay focused and productive for longer, and therefore complete your to-do list faster.

Get the support and tools you need to stay positive and overcome challenges

Your tutors or lecturers are there to help you if you’re struggling with a concept, or need some assessment guidance. But they likely take a few days (if not longer) to respond, their answers aren’t very detailed, and they’re not able to help you with wider problems such as issues with motivation, mindset, confidence or time management. I’ll be on hand Monday to Friday to troubleshoot issues with you and answer any and all your studying questions.

If you’re feeling stressed or unmotivated, post in the group and you’ll get encouragement from the others and advice and a friendly kick up the butt from me to get you moving again. This is a safe space for you to share your struggles but also to share your wins with other students who get what you’re going through.

Weekly accountability and motivation

I’ll post in the group three times each week prompting you to:
– create a study plan and share it with me for feedback
– check your progress and reach out if you’re feeling stuck, stressed or overwhelmed
– wrap up the week, celebrate your wins and reflect on small changes you could make for even more success.


These posts will keep you accountable and feeling motivated. They’ll allow you to build awesome studying habits and routines that will help you ditch procrastination so you can study proactively, make consistent progress and complete your to-do list in less time.

Virtual study sessions

Once a week I’ll run a two-hour virtual study session on Zoom where you can study alongside me and the rest of your kickbutt student pals. These coach-led sessions will boost your motivation and productivity and help you train your brain so you can reduce procrastination and stay focused for longer in all your study sessions.


During each session there will be time for questions, uninterrupted study intervals, and short breaks to keep you feeling fresh. You’ll be whizzing through your to-do list! The sessions will change time each week and will typically be arranged for evenings or weekends (UK time). I’ll even record a few of them so you can use them during your solo study sessions to help you stay focused and on track.

Members-only 24/7 virtual study room

You’ll have access to a dedicated Zoom room to host your own virtual study sessions with other Club members. Simply post in the Facebook group anytime to see if other students are around to hop in and study with you.

As well as being able to ask questions as and when in the Facebook group, each month I’ll host a Q&A coaching call on Zoom which you can join to get my personalised, expert advice on your studying problems. Club portal with study skills trainings and resources

You’ll get a login to the Club Portal where you’ll find the recordings from the coaching calls and virtual study sessions AND the study skills trainings and resources. When you first join the membership, you’ll get immediate access to the three-step Progress Method training, printables and planners. You’ll learn the simple 20-minute weekly planning and review process that will seriously skyrocket your productivity and results.

I’m a study skills expert on a mission to teach university students how to study effectively.


I’m no Hermione Granger, or Rory Gilmore. I don’t have a perfect academic record and I failed a crap-ton of exams at school. I even left school at 18 with low grades, zero desire to go to university...so I ran away to live in Barbados for a few years instead.


I returned to study in my 20s and completed a Business degree while working full-time (and trying to have a social life). This was a big investment and time and money for me so I was determined to achieve a First.


To achieve this I knew I had to ditch my old study habits and learn how to study effectively...FAST!


After cursing my schooling for not teaching me this stuff, I put on my big girl pants and started teaching myself how to study. I spent time researching HOW to learn effectively. I tested and tweaked heaps of strategies and created my own until I discovered what worked.


My stress dropped, my confidence grew, AND my grades started to climb until I was achieving distinctions in every module. And after four years I graduated with a First-Class degree, despite working full-time and being an academic failure at school.


Since then I’ve set up my own business and have worked with thousands of students from all over the world studying a bazillion different subjects. I’ve become an Ambassador for The Open University and delivered study skills workshops for them and other universities.


I’ve become certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a powerful mindset approach I use to help my clients develop strong, confident growth mindsets. I’ve published The Return to Study Handbook, specifically for non-traditional learners, and I’m the host of the 5-star rated Chloe Made Me Study podcast.

Do I have to have Facebook to join the membership?

The Facebook group is where a lot will be happening: the accountability posts; the opportunity to ask me questions; the support from the community. And it will be where you can post to see if anyone's around to study with you in the Zoom room.

Without joining the Facebook group you would still have access to everything else – the virtual study session, monthly coaching, and the study skills trainings.

But I would definitely recommend having Facebook to get the most out of the awesome community experience and because the membership does NOT come with email support from me.

In the past I've had students join Facebook and create a profile just to use with the group. They don't add any friends, like any pages or join anything else which means they can login and just enjoy what's happening in the KSC group.

How much is the membership?

The cost of the membership is £30 per month. There is also the option to enrol for 8 months, taking you to 30th June 2021, for £200 (saving you £40).

The price WILL be going up to £35 per month when the Club reopens at the end of November so today’s enrolment fee of £30 per month is the lowest the membership will ever cost.

 Once enrolled your membership cost will remain the same, no matter how much the public price increased. However, if you leave the Club and re-enrol at a later date, you will have to join at the new rate.

What support do I get from you?

I will be available to answer questions in the private Facebook group and will respond to posts/comments within 24 hours Monday-Friday. If you participate in the weekly accountability posts you will also get my feedback on your study plans, my expert study advice and mindset coaching to help you progress. Support also includes the weekly virtual study session and the monthly group coaching call. The membership does NOT include one-on-one calls or email support.

How much time will the membership take up?

My aim is NOT to give you a million videos to watch or posts to read – you’ve got enough of that in your studies, right? Instead, I’ve designed the Club to offer various elements of support, coaching and training and you’re free to pick and choose which parts you get involved in. You’ll be able to reap the benefits of the accountability and motivation aspects in as little as 20-30 minutes a week – time you will get back 10X over in productivity and progress.

Then there’s the weekly virtual study session of 1.5-2 hours where you’ll get a shiz load of studying done in a focused environment. Then you have the option to join the monthly coaching call to get my expert eyes on your studying problems.

Who is the membership for?

Adult learners aged 18 or over studying in higher education – either at university, college or for a professional qualification. I specialise in working with non-traditional learners, those who’ve returned to study after a break, who study online/at a distance, or who are studying while working and/or raising a family. While traditional adult learners are welcome in the Club too, I’ve designed the membership specifically to support non-traditional students on their often-chaotic studying journey as I understand their unique challenges.

Does it matter what subject I'm studying?

Nope. I don't need to be an expert in your subject-matter because I'm an expert in study skills. I'll teach you smart study strategies that work and then help you tailor them to your studying – whatever the subject. I've worked with people studying: psychology, law, nursing, education, accounting, business, biology, economics, sociology, veterinary medicine, criminology, dentistry, civil engineering, humanities, biostatistics...and more!

Do you offer refunds?

I do not offer refunds so please read the membership description carefully and email me at chloe@chloeburroughs.com with any questions you have before enrolling so you can ensure you’re making the right decision.

If you sign up for the monthly membership your subscription will roll over monthly. If you do decide to leave the Club simply email me 48 hours before your renewal date and I’ll cancel your membership.
