3 Things You Shouldn't Do If You Realise You Are Procrastinating

You said you’d study straight after dinner but somehow the evening is disappearing and you realise you are procrastinating. Or you said you’d start your essay this week but it’s already Thursday and nothing’s happened yet. You’ve been busy but just haven’t managed to make progress on the important stuff.

Procrastination is a natural response to doing hard, uncomfortable, sometimes boring things. But once you realise you are procrastinating you have two options:

2 – Stop faffing about, pivot, and take action in the direction of your study goals.

In this episode I’m going to walk you through the 3 things you definitely should NOT do if you realise you are procrastinating. Then, so as not to leave you in the lurch, I’ll share the 3 things you should do instead to become a more proactive student; to start making consistent progress on your study tasks and goals so you can get shiz done in less time.
