What you’ll get:

Every week, I’ll pop into your inbox with things like:

  • practical ways to focus on the work that actually moves the needle (and stop wasting time on the stuff that doesn’t)

  • real-life study routines and stories from adults juggling studying around work, life, commutes and chaotic weeks

  • gentle, honest pep talks for the evenings when you’re tired, overwhelmed or thinking, “I can’t do this”

  • simple essay writing and assessment strategies to improve your results

  • behind-the-scenes updates, opportunities and resources

Why “Evenings & Weekends”?

Most adult learners don’t have all day and all week to study. You’re squeezing studying into the margins – your evenings, weekends and any other pockets of time you can find.

But getting great results doesn’t mean spending every spare hour attached to your laptop. Because it IS possible to study more strategically, make better use of the time you do have and still have a life alongside your qualification.

So, inside this newsletter, I’ll help you do two things:

1. Make the most of the time you do have

With realistic, strategic study advice so even a 30-minute session feels worthwhile.

2. Win more of your evenings and weekends back

By helping you stop overstudying, prioritise properly and focus on the things that actually improve your results.

Evenings & Weekends is for you if:

  • you’re studying for a degree, professional qualification or high-stakes exam

  • you’re trying to balance studying with real life (and don’t need advice designed for full-time students with endless free time)

  • you want better results – but not at the cost of every evening, weekend and inch of free time

  • you want support that feels warm, practical and genuinely helpful – not patronising, judgemental or overwhelming.
