Terms of Service – Qualification Basecamp
1. About this agreement
These terms apply when you enrol in Qualification Basecamp ("the Programme"), delivered by Chloe Burroughs Ltd ("we," "us," "our"). By completing checkout, you agree to these terms.
2. The Programme
Qualification Basecamp is a personalised academic strategy programme that runs from 1st September 2026 to 30th June 2027, split across three terms. The programme includes: community access, live sessions, a personalised study strategy (Mountain Map) and study skills training resources.
3. Enrolment options
You may enrol for the full academic year (September 2026–June 2027) or for Term 1 only (September 2026–December 2026). If you enrol for Term 1 only, you may be able to continue for the remainder of the academic year at a later date, subject to availability and the pricing in effect at that time. This is not guaranteed at the Term 1 price.
4. Payment
Payment may be made in full or via the instalment plan selected at checkout. If you choose an instalment plan, you agree to pay all remaining instalments for the term(s) you have enrolled in, regardless of your level of engagement with the Programme, except where cancellation rights under Section 5 apply.
If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and collect payment again. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of your access to the Programme until payment is resolved. If an instalment plan remains unresolved for more than 30 days after a failed payment, we reserve the right to treat the agreement as in default, pursue recovery of the outstanding balance, and refuse future enrolment in any of our programmes.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel within 14 days of enrolling for a full refund, provided you have not yet accessed a material part of the Programme: specifically, attended a live session, accessed curriculum content, or received your Mountain Map. By enrolling, you explicitly consent to the Programme beginning immediately during this 14-day period if you choose to access any of the above, and acknowledge that doing so removes your right to a refund under this section. After the 14-day period, or after accessing any of the above (whichever is sooner), fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5a. Deferral of studies
If you need to pause your involvement in the Programme partway through a term you have already enrolled in, you may bank any remaining whole terms and use them within 12 months of your original enrolment date, subject to that term's programme structure being available at the time. If you are on a payment plan, your remaining instalments continue as scheduled regardless of any deferral, since these relate to the terms you originally committed to enrol in and pay for. We may, at our discretion, offer alternative arrangements in exceptional circumstances.
6. No guarantee of results
While we're committed to providing genuine, personalised support, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or qualification results, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your own engagement with your course, your qualification and the Programme itself.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to engage with the Programme in good faith, including completing onboarding materials honestly and engaging with the support features where reasonably possible. You agree to treat other members and Chloe Burroughs Ltd staff with respect in all community spaces and live sessions. Behaviour we reasonably consider abusive, harassing, or disruptive may result in removal from the Programme without refund.
8. Intellectual property
All materials provided as part of the Programme (including your Mountain Map, training content and resources) are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
9. Confidentiality and community conduct
Any shared community spaces are intended to be supportive and confidential. You agree not to share what other members disclose in the community outside of the Programme, and to respect other members' privacy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from or in connection with the Programme is limited to the total amount you have paid for the Programme. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
11. Changes to the Programme
We may make reasonable changes to session times, content, or format during the Programme, with reasonable notice where possible.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
